‘Low Carb Brisbane 2025’ will take place at the Brisbane Convention Centre
from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th of October.

 

The event will start at 12:00pm on Friday, followed by welcome drinks at 6:00pm.

 

The program will continue on Saturday from 8:00am until 5:00pm,
followed by an optional dinner with conference presenters.

 

Re-commencing at 8:00am on Sunday, the conference will conclude at 5:00pm.

 

A delicious low carb lunch will be provided on Saturday
as well as tea and coffee throughout the conference.

Nina Teicholz – An investigative science journalist and author who advocates for reducing restrictions on naturally-occurring fats, including saturated fats, in the diet. Author of the best-selling book ‘Big Fat Surprise’.

Dr. Shannon Butler – An experienced general practitioner with interests in women’s health, paediatrics and nutritional medicine.

Simon Lewis – A Carnivore Coach and co-founder of the REGENERATE Health Summit, How To Carnivore and the Carnivore Challenge.

Dr. Andrew McIntyre – A Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with extensive experience in all aspects of Gastroenterology and a special interest in ERCP and associated Therapeutic Intervention.

Dr. Tania Farrah A clinical lecturer for the University of Notre Dame, School of Medicine, Sydney and a tutor in Neurology for the University of Sydney.
Dr. Justine Birchall – A GP with a keen interest in preventative health care, particularly related to immunisation, nutrition, prevention of cardiovascular disease and cancer screening.
Bisa Romic – An experienced nurse with a keen interest in preventative health, she is passionate about creating strong nurse-patient relationships that nurture and support long-term emotional, physical, and mental health.

Beth McNally – A Certified Nutrition Specialist, parent to a child living with type 1 diabetes and, along with her husband Matt, part of the team behind T1DNutrition.com
Amy Rush – An Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Credentialed Diabetes Educator working solely with people living with Type 1 Diabetes.
Dr James Muecke – An Opthamologist and former Australian of the Year 2020 who is a passionate low carb advocate with a focus on Type-2-Diabetes, the leading cause of blindness in adults.
Dr Mike Eades – One of the true pioneers of the modern low-carb movement and the author of the best selling book ‘Protein Power’.
Dr. Paul MasonAn Australian trained medical doctor with an in-depth knowledge of nutritional science, he regularly presents his knowledge in lectures challenging conventional wisdom and uses it in clinical practice where he treats the general public and elite athletes.
Dr. Anthony Chaffee – A practicing Neurosurgical registrar, former professional rugby player and long term adherent and advocate of the Carnivore diet.

Livestream also offers additional benefit for in person attendees who can re-watch the presentations at any time following the meeting at no additional cost. The talks will also be edited and released on the LCDU YouTube channel in the months following the event.
