International guest presenters include Jimmy Moore who many of you will remember from his visit in 2012. Jimmy hosts the biggest website in the world dedicated to the spreading of information about living a Low Carbohydrate and Higher natural Fat (LCHF) lifestyle: livinlavidalowcarb.com .He has co-authored two books, the best-selling ‘Cholesterol Clarity’ and the recently released ‘Keto Clarity’ which are considered leading books in the field of LCHF nutrition.
Also attending will be Dr Steve Phinney, a physician-scientist who has spent 35 years studying carbohydrate restriction. Steve is the co-author of both “The Art and Science of Low Carb Living” and “The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance”.
