These speakers suggest that it is.
Program presenters include Jimmy Moore talking about what is happening in the low carb world and the merits of a ketogenic (very low carb higher fat) diet. Many of you will remember Jimmy from his first visit to Australia in 2012. Jimmy hosts the largest website in the world dedicated to the spreading of information about living a Low Carbohydrate and Higher natural Fat (LCHF) lifestyle: livinlavidalowcarb.com He has also co-authored two books including the best-selling ‘Cholesterol Clarity’ and the recently released ‘Keto Clarity’, both considered leading books in the field of LCHF nutrition.
Dr Stephen Phinney is a physician-scientist who has spent 35 years studying carbohydrate restriction. Steve is the co-author of both “The Art and Science of Low Carb Living” and “The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance”.
