No link found between saturated fat and heart disease

Published in The Telegraph, 18th of May 2015. Researchers at Cambridge University have reviewed previous studies on the supposed links between consumption of saturated fats and heart disease. They have concluded that saturated fat does not cause heart disease while so-called ‘healthy’ polyunsaturated fats fail to prevent cardiovascular problems.
