The Low-Fat vs. Low-Carb Diet Debate Has a New Answer

Time magazine looks at the recently released PURE study which involved analysis of the diets of 135,000 people from 18 different countries. “Individuals with high carbohydrate intake might benefit from a reduction in carbohydrate intake and an increase in the consumption of fats,” the study authors write.

    Thanks for the guidelines shared on your blog. Something else I would like to state is that weight reduction is not all about going on a celebrity diet and trying to get rid of as much weight as you can in a couple of weeks. The most effective way in losing weight is by consuming it gradually and following some basic recommendations which can enable you to make the most through your attempt to lose fat. You may know and be following most of these tips, yet reinforcing understanding never does any damage.
