Dale’s Taco Salad

Ingredients

1 tsp arrowroot flour (or thickener of your choice)
2 tsp equivalent sweetener
1 tbl dried onion flakes (Aust tbl 20ml)
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp hot paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sea salt
2–3 cups bone broth
1/2 cup tomato paste
1kg mince — beef, pork or chicken

Instructions

(1) Combine all dry ingredients.
(2) Stir tomato paste into water with stock.
(3) Mix in dry ingredients, then add water/tomato paste mix. Stir well.
(4) Cook in slow cooker for 7 to 12 hours. Serves 7 breakfasts.
