Published by Authority Nutrition, an interesting analysis of the results of 23 studies comparing low-carb and low-fat diets from last eleven years. All of the studies were randomized controlled trials and published in respected, peer-reviewed journals.
Published in Science Daily, February 20th 2015. A fantastic summary of recent research into the exaggerated efficacy of statins which finds that they have failed to substantially improve cardiovascular outcomes. A Low Carb diet is noted as being of great value for normalising all of the biomarkers of cardiovascular risk.
